3-4 cups frozen veggie medley (carrots,
canned tomato sauce or soup instead
salt, pepper, onion powder, other spices to taste
wheat germ
Directions:Cook and drain the pasta. Defrost the veggies and add the tomato sauce and seasonings. Put into a 2 quart casserole dish, which has been sprayed with Pam (or equivalent). Sprinkle liberally with wheat germ. Cook in microwave for 15 minutes.
