Chocolate Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

    1 cup chocolate soy milk
    6 large strawberries
    1 scoop vanilla Spiru-Tein
    1/4 cup All Bran cereal
    1/2 cup crushed ice
    add water to desired thickness
    add sugar or other sweetener to desired sweetness

Directions:

Simply blend the ingredients, but add the Spiru-Tein last or it will stick to the sides of the blender.  This will really stay with you, tremendously filling.  Any fruit will do of course, but the strawberries with chocolate soymilk is my favorite.  You may also substitute rolled oats for the All Bran.  My 9 year-old daughter loves these smoothies.
