750ml fresh mango juice
4 sweet oranges
2 lemons
2 limes
4 large peaches
2 mangoes (if available)
750ml bottle of 7up, Sprite or Club Soda (less sweet)
Grenadine (optional)
ice
5 litre container
Directions:A fantastic way to spend your sunny afternoons is with a few glasses of this vegan white wine sangria !!
Slice oranges, lemons and limes and cut peaches into chunks (you could remove the skin / fuzz if you wish). Remove the skins and seed from the mango and cut into chunks as well.
Place fruit into 5 litre container and pour in vegan wine, mango juice and soda. Place in a refridgerator for at least 2 hours and serve with ice, and a splash of grenadine.
Serves: 8-20
Preparation time: 15 minutes
I made this with a few substitutions... I replaced the 7-Up with Diet Gingerale, and the mango juice with peach juice. It was so good! Heaven on a hot summers day... guests will love it.
