1/2 cup Grapenuts cereal
1/4 cup raisins
1 Tablespoon Kretschmers Wheat germ
1 cup rice milk (or soy milk)
Directions:Put all ingredients in a cereal bowl and stir. Its delicious and full of carbohydrate energy!
Serves: 1.
Preparation time: 1 minute.

This sounds great, I love both oatmeal and grapenuts! To the lady who said that the grapenuts are like gravel, you may try popping this in the microwave for 30seconds like I did, its great warm and soft too! This is my new standard breakfast--thanks, Clint! : -)

Grapenuts is a wheat and barley cereal. It is called that because it was the nickname of the creator. Anyways, there like little hard clumps or beads of cereal. You can go to

I love this breakfast! Also try warming in the microwave for 1 minute then adding fresh banana slices. Yummy!
