Banana Carob MilkshakeIngredients (use vegan versions): 1 banana
1/2 cup non-dairy milk
2 tablespoons
carob powder (you could also use cocoa)
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon molasses
6-8 ice cubes
Directions:Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy :-)
Serves: 1-2
This was a great shake! I added a little protein powder and voila! a great breakfast.

man that was one TASTY shake@!!! I made it using fresh coconut milk, 1 tsp melted vegan sugar, 1 banana, 1 tsp golden syrup, 2 tablespoons of cocoa and 6 icecubes. Very nice indeed!!

i made it again, this time with more ice... mmmmm smoothie!!!

~~~~~~~ sooo tasty and good also, I found powdered coconut milk satchels in the supermarket, so I used that instead of fresh coconut this time! :-)~~~

Save time, save water, save energy. Freeze bananas (ripe, ripe ones are fine)and use them instead of ice cubes. Possible recipes are endless (malt, peanut butter, etc.) and the more bananas you use, the less sweeteners you'll need.
