Rice, Onion & Potato

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

    Make 2 bags of Uncle Bens boil in a bag rice.

Directions:

Cut up 2 potatoes into bite size chunks.

Cut up 1 onion into small sticks.

Heat in a large skillet with non-stick spray (or oil), soy sauce (light or regular) (about 6 to 15 shakes), seasoning salt, cook until potatoes are soft.

Put rice on a plate and cover with mixture and eat!

Serves: 4

Preparation time: 10 to 15 min.
