Salsa (Mexican)

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

    1 14.5oz can stewed tomatoes, undrained
    1 large red onion
    6 cloves garlic
    1 jalapeno pepper
    1-2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
    salt, to taste

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a food processor.  Process until well chopped and combined.  Enjoy!

Serves: 6

Preparation time: 10 minutes
