....but no, that's a bit far for You to travel. :\
Today was lots of...

Right now I am drunk with wine and listening to old jazz records with my friend Devon. woot.

Hehe yeah, about 2,500 miles too far :p
Let me know how you like the others! or if you can find them. They are all pretty lesser-known bands, I think, but gems.
queen
Dale Ann Bradley
"Breakdown" by Seether
and
"Ain't My Bitch" by Metallica --> taking me back to my youth
Dixie Chicks
Circa 2000, my roommate and I drove from Arcata to San Francisco Airport to pick up a friend. At a gas station we picked up a cassette of Dixie Chicks first album. It was fun to sing along to because Natalie Maines strongly stressed every other syllable.
I listened to Leonard Cohen's "I'm Your Man" all day yesterday. No reason.
Garth
Let's say, we start the day, with Bizet.
'Carmen'. 'cause that overture can jump start even a Monday.

She does have a Bob Dylan style to her delivery. That being said, I really enjoy Bob Dylan and Dixie Chicks.
I'm currently listening to -
"Something I Can Never Have" and "Somewhat Damaged" by Nine Inch Nails
Alison Krauss
Radiohead
Gillian Welch
Bright Eyes
tift merritt
Dierks Bentley's new bluegrass album is so awesome.
tift merritt
oh, I love Tift!
