Any reviews/recommendations on any vegetarian/vegan books out there?  I recently picked up "Becoming Vegan".
Anything great out there?

Cheers!

Eating Animals is a good read.  presents a fair assessment of the practice and is very accessible to people who eat meat.  I liked it a whole hell of a lot more than Omnivore's Dilemma.  Michael Pollan, despite the good intentions, is kind of dumb.

skinny bitch changed my life...

Skinny bitch is actually what made my fiancee vegetarian.  She read it and went 100% vegan immediately, I was already a lacto-ovo and so she convinced me to go vegan.  Long and short of it, she fell back to lacto-ovo and I stayed vegan.

Current Controversies: Vegetarianism by Debra A. Miller
The thing about this book is that it tells about the different sides of being a vegan and i like that. I like hearing about different people's opinions, what other people have gone through, their stories of what mistakes they've made so that i won't make the same mistakes.
