Headed? We're there. People will complete entire conversations or answer questions, and I will realized that they said absolutely nothing whatsoever. For some reason, I've noticed the need to fill empty spaces, as if each conversation were an assigned 2 page paper and content didn't matter. When I do find people who do speak directly and with intent, it's a breath of fresh air. Interesting article.
