she did that last year too. i wish she'd stick with it forever
I didn't realize Oprah had went vegan last year... I'm not a big fan of hers and never watch the show.
That being, said, I am SO excited by her going vegan (again). She's exposing millions of people to the concept of veganism, many of whom may have never even thought to consider it before.
Also, it's my understanding that her entire staff w/b going vegan for the week. I am encouraged by the potential ripple effect all this creates, both with the viewers as well as families and friends of the staffers. It feels as though the vegan momentum continues to grow... Yay vegan!

Oh my Christ. I was afraid of that. The slaughterhouse in the commercial looked too sanitized. I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt.
As an African-American woman, I would like to think that Oprah would be a stronger advocate for all beings. How disappointing- I have no interest in watching the show now.
