Which vegan celebrities do you want to chat with? Let me know!

Hey All!
We want to do more celebrity chats like the ones that we've had with Jesse Miner, Allison Rivers-Samson, and Colleen Patrick-Goudreu! Are there any veganlebrities (hehe) who you are interested in talking to? Also, what days are best for you? Do you like Mondays or Thursdays or would a weekend chat be best or ?? Any and all suggestions are welcome! Bring it on!

I'm not sure about vegan celebs....but could you change the chat to a weekend - the current time is not good for many non-US vegwebbers, but wth weekends it may mean that some of us would be willing to stay up till a weird time to join in - or maybe that''s just how I feel about it! ::)

Didn't it start in the evening, Pacific time, 10? We're 3 hours ahead. There's no way I could've stayed up for that!

That would be funny if we were only an hour ahead of Caifornia...somebody would have some funky daylight hours! No, we're three hours ahead. I just got confused on the time. No big deal. Weekends still work better, period.
Vegan Dad would be nice. I vote for weekdays. My weekends are too full as it is. (I actually look forward to Mondays. lol.)

thought of another one, Bryant Terry from Soul Kitchen his food looks good, although I haven't made any yet, he was in one of my old issues of vegetarian times or veg news, don't remeber which one...I'll have to dig it out, I remeber I wanted to try some of his recipes....I want his book...(side bar: hes kinda hot himself!) but thats beside the point!
