What goes better with cheese than chocolate? NOTHING. If I could subsist on these two things for the rest of my days (and not die from lack of vitamins and nutrients), I totally would. I would eat a piece of chocolate, and then a piece of cheese, and then a piece of chocolate... you get the idea. One of the best chocolatiers out there right now is Xan Confections. Oh My Goodness, their truffles are To Die For. Literally. Bury me in a box, please. Daiya Daiya Daiya!!!
I wish I could get it locally instead of buying it online, though.
There is actually a store brand of dark chocolate around here that's vegan and SO delicious.
I'm afraid it's not very original, but I'm a real Daiya fan, as is my cow-cheese-eating spouse. I'm a big fan of Sjaak's vegan caramels, too :)
I could really use a good recipe for Teese, though--I have a couple of tubes of it, and don't know how to make it edible! Eating it by itself causes one's mouth to be coated in gross goo.
Favorite chocolate is a good Go Max Go candy bar (Mahalo) or that choclolate bar that's wrapped in a love letter. I love the one with bits of crystallized ginger in it. Yum. Favorite cheese? Not really. I can't get into any of them yet.
not that I'm crazy about it, but my favorite cheese is Follow your heart mozz. Chocolate? I'm with most others is the Fair Trade one they sell at 10,000 Villages. Don't know the brand. Addictive!
Hrmmm..... I haven't had any vegan cheese. :( So, I should tell you about my favorite chocolate... which isn't very exciting. I like plain dark chocolate. :)
My favorite vegan cheese is a Nacho cheeze I make at home. My favorite chocolate? I don't know- I haven't had a lot of vegan chocolate, except what I make at home. Ooh, probably these vegan truffles I made.
Dr. Cow!! It is so expensive for such a little pellet of cheese but damn if it isn't completely worth it!!
My favorite vegan cheeze would probably be Cheezly, but it also depends on the application. For fast-food chocolate, the Go Max Go Foods candy bars are delicious, especially the Jokerz and Mahalo. For a little more quality dark chocolate, I like the bars from Trader Joe's, particularly the one with raisins and pecans.

my favorite vegan cheese is Sheese. That stuff r00ls.
Cheese: I like nutritional yeast cheeze sauce. I've have The Uncheese Cookbook for at least a year, but I haven't made anything from it yet.
Chocolate: I haven't had any high-end vegan chocolate. On the low-end scale, I like the UFOs from Trader Joe's.
I can't see how anyone who's tried the Daiya vegan cheese could list any other brand as their favorite—though I haven't tried Dr. Cow yet—so Daiya is my first choice. With chocolate, Hain's Creamy Sweet Chocolate Bar from their Chocolate Dream line (formerly Tropical Source) is so addictive!
Cheese: Haven't found one that I like :(
Chocolate: I'm obsessed with chocolate. Eat a bit everyday. My favorite is a 70% dark chocolate bar that is organic, fair-trade, and made by a company close to my home town!
I love any and all vegan chocolate and cheese if it tastes good but especially chocolate. :)>>> :)>>>

I haven't tried Daiya, though.
I don't miss cheese, I guess.. I was never a big cheese-fan.

teese mozzarella is the best I have tried, haven't found any Daiya yet. Its not salty enough, like cheese is, but if I add some salt, it makes a decent pizza craving .
Favorite vegan cheese product is Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese. When it comes to vegan chocolate, I cannot play favorites--I love it all!
I don't remember if I posted yet... I've been enjoying Cheezly mozzarella lately. So good on pizza.
