My mom always make vegan chili for the holidays and we make "petros" out of it. So good & I look forward to it every year! That and sweet tea w/vodka haha
vegetable spring rolls, 'naked' crisps w/ a good creamy garlic dip and a massive amount of chocolate tarts and pies oh, and of course the odd sausage roll. I've never been too fond of chocolate log but make one to feel festive!
My mom uses cookie cutters to make cute, spicy corn tortilla chips. I'm going to beg the recipe from her and am looking forward to making my own holiday-themed chips and guac!
My favorite holiday treats are my vegan oatmeal date cookies. They are so, SO good. I brought them to a potluck last year and a friend said they were the best vegan cookies he had ever eaten!

I love to make vegan cookies with my kids. I also love to make peppermint bark and these cute little coconut/chocolate cups. Yummy!
