Hmmm, well lately I'm making almond butter cups, tiny praline pies and copious amounts of gingerbread. Soon I'll ramp up to apple Bundt cakes and sweet potato pies. I'm really into food. : )

The sweets!  My kids and I dip pretzel sticks in melted dark chocolate and then roll them in nuts or coconut or peppermint crumbs.  Fun to give (and to eat.)

artichoke dip. what would be genius would be artichoke dip poppers, kind of: breaded and fried balls of artichoke dip; or artichoke dip in little buns that you bake, like pigs in a blanket, but, "artichoke dip in a sleeping bag." Then you wouldn't need crackers or bread or whatever to scoop it up--just pop it into your mouth and it's bread and dip together. AND it'd stay warm and gooey longer, inside its little sleeping bags. You could use it instead of meatballs in a delicious marinara/puttanesca sauce. YES, that's it: artichoke dip in a sleeping bag, used to scoop up and devour a real thick tomato sauce. I would eat it until I physically couldn't.

Also cocktails. winter cocktails like glühwein and glogg, all warm and boozy.

Cookies.... oh yeah :)

I like any snacks that are vegan, but mostly sweets. I'll be baking lots of cookies for my omnivore family get-togethers... and also some little Daiya pizzas.

I am making gingerbread cookies and rosemary roasted nuts for the holiday snacks this year.

I also love snacking on the holiday meal leftovers... stuffing is surprisingly good when it's cold and straight out of the fridge!

I'm already all cookied-out (but still don't stop eating them, strangely). So I'll say slightly sweet popcorn with nuts and cranberries.
