Tofu scramble with lots of avocado and spinach! That's the best...or refried potatos with vege sausages and baked tomatos. All must be served with earl grey tea or orange juice. YUM!
Pancakes. Not just for brunch, they have often been my favorite *food,* period. If only eating piles of wheat and sugar were good for me! ;D

tomatoes, waffle boat w/ savory fixings, then another waffle boat w/ sweet fixings, something mexican and some fruit....
Tofu scramble, veggie sausage or tempeh bacon and pancakes! Some fresh fruit on the side, tea and of course a mimosa. :D
You can't get this at I-Hop, that's for sure!
I love to cook, I love brunch especially, so it's really hard to pick a favorite...but at the moment it's a giant pile of hashbrowns with black olives, tomatoes and green onions sprinkled over, like I get at Beth's in Seattle. YUM!
oh my goodness...where to begin. I love chocolate pancakes or waffles, tofu scrambles, ffresh fruit, scones...I love brunchy goodness for dinner too. ;)b :)>>>

Serious Breakfast/Brunch Spread:
Lemon-Rosemary Home Fries
Love Bug Parfaits (homemade granola layered with strawberry cream and berries)
Yellow Tofu (like scrambled tofu)
Blueberry Waffles with Blueberry Citrus Sauce and Vanilla Bean Sauce
Waffles!!! In all their many varieties, banana, chocolate, gluten free, nutty, blueberry, anything!
I lurve my beans in the morning, so for brunch I like to eat:
gallo pinto with chipotle peppers
tofu scramble with cumin seed and black beans
or fuls medames
Salsa tofu scramble with cheeze and avocado on toast!
...and maybe a mimosa or two :)
My favourite brunch is a roasted apple and cinnamon toasted sandwich
