Just fresh-full of yummy goodness!

Oh gosh. I want to say strawberry shortcake but that seems to obvious. Perhaps my grandma's strawberry rhubarb pie that I haven't had since going vegan.

That reminds me to go look for a good recipe to replace it here! Thanks. :)

I'm gonna have to go with strawberry shortcake. No wait...spinach and strawberry salad with walnuts and a vinegarette. Hmm, how about just fresh strawberries picked right from the vine with no added anything? YUM! And, I LOVE LUSH!

Salad greens with lots of strawberries and a little poppyseed dressing!  Oh, but wait...I almost forgot about chocolate-dipped strawberries!

I'm changing my answer because I just remembered that I LOVE Strawberry Jam! I had forgotten all about it until I was making a PB&J sandwhich, lol. A local woman makes jars of it and sells it really cheap, it's soooo good!  :)>>>

I'd have to say "Strawberry Tallcakes" from Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World. They're fantastic and a really great way to show off vegan desserts!

Thanks!!  :)>>>

For the record, Sugar Plum Vegan (Sacramento, CA) makes a Strawberry Cake to die for.

For my own kitchen, I like to put sliced strawberries into agave + a little water and put them over any kind of sweet bread.  Strawberry Shortcake-esque, I suppose...

Strawberries are also an interesting addition to savory salads (usually make them with grains like quinoa or rice or ...) but that's not my favorite
