1st surgery of my life on Friday - I could use some pampering! My favorite way to relax is laying in the tent I set up on my balcony so I can be closer to nature even while living in an apartment. ;)b

But, I must say my (very) 2 year old daughter who keeps me going and going...and going...and going...and going. So, to have such goodness magically arrive, I think someone would be heading to bed early... :w00t!:

My favorite way to relax? Usually by meditation. Works every time.
Well, my life is sooo filled with stress, I have multiple ways I relax...working out at the gym (especially running!!), drinking a glass of red wine, and taking a bubble bath!!!! And I desperately need this pampering!!!!!
Curling up under a blanket on the couch in my comfy pj's and watching my favorite TV show while snacking on my latest baked good from VegWeb! Ahh so amazing!!!!
Meditation in complete darkness.
Listening to music while pacing back and forth.
Kids asleep, tasks completed, vegan snack in hand, laying on the couch ready to watch a good flick.
I take naps in the afternoon, or when I'm getting pissed with my paintings.
I go running sometimes, because afterwards you feel amazing.
Yoga and meditation helps considerably, too.
When I'm home I love to take baths and just read in the bathtub. :( I miss my bathtub!
Put in a great CD, make a cup of either hot or cold herbal organic tea (depending on the Season), grab a great book, and recline on the Daybed. Can't get more relaxing than that!

I have a few ways that I really like to relax, depending on my mood. Hiking, reading, laying in bed with my kitty and the windows open so we can hear birds, and recently learning how to knit, it really helps me de-stress.
My favorite way to relax is to sip hot tea, curl up on my couch with my cats and watch classic old movies, like Casablanca.
My fave way to relax is sitting on my back porch with a glass of wine, a good book, and my two dogs.
Taking my dogs for a hike always relaxes me and puts me in a great mood.
I like going for a walk in nature or curling up under a blanket with a good book :)
My favorite way to relax is to search through yummy, healthy recipes on VegWeb.com! I have 2 pre-schoolers at home who always want mac-n-cheese or raman noodle soup for dinner. I have to keep introducing healthy fun recipes that they (and my carniviorous husband) will enjoy! :)
My favorite way to relax is to take my dogs to the beach and watch them run like crazy while my daughter and I play in the sand. Aloha!
