Going for a walk...
Walking, cooking, baking, tea drinking...
A nice glass of wine and a very relaxing bath....water has a very healing affect! :)>>>
My favorite way to relax is to take a long afternoon nap!
My favorite way to relax is watching tv or a movie at home with my boyfriend. Of course, delicious vegan food is a must.
A cup of tea and a book! The best, especially when accompanied by chocolate.
I play guitar to relax, it is my form of meditation :)
I love to have a glass of wine and cook dinner...Funny as it sounds I find the rhythmic chopping of the veggies to be very relaxing ^-^
a nice session of Hot Yoga
I love to run to relax. All my worries of the day melt away when I slip on my running shoes and head out the door. I don't feel right when I don't run. It clears my head and makes me think clearly. And, when it's cold, I come back from the cold weather and take a hot shower or bath and it's just heaven. Sometimes I even drink hot chocolate in the bathtub--decadent, I know! (I love the Blue Diamond Almond Breeze chocolate almond milk, heated up in the microwave. Too yummy!)
Even if I can't win, I'm still going to add my two cents. My favourite way to relax is to go for a good long run (or an hour on the eliptical if the weather isn't condusive to running) and then follow it up with some chillaxin' with a book and good music.
