I am not big on resolutions. In fact, I never make any because I feel we should be ever changing and growing; not just at the begining of the year. However, this year I do plan to try and eliminate all the toxic relationships from my life. No more liars or users. I want to be content with my surroundings, including people. I now know that serenity isn't found; it is created. I must develop serenity around me instead of waiting for it to appear.

Introduce more people to a vegan diet. Even if they don't become vegan, I at least want more people to appreciate it and be willing to try vegan options.

I just got married in September.  My husband and I used to be in really good shape when we met a few years ago and I would make him all kinds of vegan and vegetarian foods for dinner and work, even though I'm vegetarian and he's not.  He's always asking me to start making more or the meals for him that I used to with quinoa and tvp and the stir fries.  So that's one goal.  I want to start making more vegetarian and vegan meals for both of us that are healthier and not so processed.  I also want to start my exercise regimen again..my daily yoga, 1 hr. on the elliptical, and P90X.  When spring gets here my husband wants to start running and I wanna be able to keep up!  Also, I never learned how to ride a bike, so I am determined to learn this year.  It is great having a partner to exercise with.  :)>>> This past summer we at least walked together a few times a week, but I'm hoping there will be more effort on his part this year.  ::)

I gave up my car for a bike lifestyle. Healthier for me and the planet. I am going to embrace this change through the seasons and through the year!

My New Year's resolution is to get into Bastyr University and to also make my herb garden bigger. Also to get back into yoga and to just relax this year. I have a tendency to over think and over stress myself and i refuse to be that way this year. And last but not least, to be a better person. I am a b*tch and i think it's maybe time to change that. I no longer want to give people the wrong impression of me and i want to keep people around instead of pushing them away. So far i've been doing good on this though i have been slightly rude to my guy. He had to leave to go to work and i became disappointed because i haven't really spent time with him this past week so i will apologise tomorrow morning and try to make things better.

So many new things this year. I hope it doesn't fly by like 2010 did. I hardly even remember what happened last year :(

Spend less time on the computer (if I can meet that resolution it will hopefully help me to meet my other resolutions in the health, relationship, and parenting categories!)

To make it measurable, I gave myself 7 hours per week total of computer time. So far I'm doing well.
