I'm with Minke lol - no rice cooker.  I could lie and give a recipe but that's just not my style lol.  I do have some hair that needs help, though!  :P

I don't have a rice cooker either.  What's the best brand for all of these wonderful recipes.  I would love the hair products.

My favorite use for my rice cooker is this:  I put my rice in the bottom and put some frozen vegetable dumplings and some shredded cabbage in the steamer basket on top.  When the timer goes off, all I need to do is add a spash of soy sauce and I have my entire meal!

Soup...either clear broth with veggies (chicken-less chicken soup) or lentil soup, depending on how/why I need to feel better.

My favorite rice cooker dish is steamed potatoes, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and baby green beans with vegan margarine and lots of granulated garlic. Heaven!

My latest favorite rice cooker dish is adding chopped apples, raisins, cinnamon and Agave sweetener to my batch of rice. I add chopped nuts after the dish is made. soooo good and comforting.... and the house smells like apple pie.

I have a rice cooker, but it has ruined everything I've put in it....so I stopped trying....
I hope that doesn't knock me outta the running for this hair stuff...

I don't have a rice cooker either, but I wish I did. I'd eat a lot more rice then cuz I hate boiled rice. It's gross. Too bad you weren't giving away a rice cooker! But hair stuff is always good. If I had a rice cooker, I'd really just like some plain steamed rice with some curry. I've been craving that a loong time!

Personally I love just throwing in some red quinoa, frozen veg, onions, and lots of garlic and ginger. I use broth instead of water. I'll be honest, if I'm just cooking for myself I don't use the rice cooker for rice-I hate rice. Red quinoa is where it's at. Lentils also do good in the cooker I find. Goes great with a fresh, roasted, or grilled veggie salad. Or maybe a little miso soup in my mug (it's what I'm enjoying right now-the soup, not the quinoaXP).

I don't own a rice cooker, although I'd love to get one of the fancy Zojirushi ones.  I'd love to try the Neuma haircare.

I don't have a rice cooker either.  My daughter wants one though, because she thinks I'll make rice more often if we have one.  Our favorite rice dish is broccoli rice casserole with cashew cheese sauce.  Yummy.

I don't have a rice maker either, but it sounds very interesting! Maybe I will have to add that to my list of appliances I must have!

I like to cook sweet potatoes in the steamer basket of my rice cooker while I cook a batch of sushi rice, and then use them to make some Spicy Sweet Potato sushi.

I gave my rice cooker to my brother, but I always wanted to try a few of my favorite rice and bean recipes in it to see how they came out.  It would be nice not to have to baby-sit them all the time!  ;)

I, too, have hair in need of aid, so I'm entering despite the current lack of a rice cooker!
