Weekly Giveaway: Nacho Mom's Fire Roasted Vegan Queso! lisaanddini is winner!

You know what's great on Brussels sprouts? Vegan cheese! Well, I guess it's good on pretty much anything (even Chinese food!), but it's especially good on Brussels sprouts. And the perfect cheese for the job? Why, Nacho Mom's Fire Roasted Vegan Queso (http://fatgoblin.com/), of course. Just take a jar of this spicy rich goodness and pour it over some lightly sautéed Brussels sprouts for a mind-blowing side dish. Or main dish. And dessert. Seriously, I could eat this stuff until I turn orange.

Giveaway ends on Tuesday, February 22nd at midnight, PST! Winner will be chosen at random! Must live in USA to win.

Good luck!

I would LOVE to win these! Not just for Brussel sprouts, but also for refried bean dip, and maybe a Mexican take on lasagna!

I will admit it. I have never in my life eaten a Brussels sprout. Perhaps if I win the queso, I'll try them! Or, maybe I will just try them anyway ;)

I only have never had brussels sprouts! My mom never fed us vegetables that she didn't like. I guess now that I'm a vegan I should try them. I'll definitely use the barbeque brussels sprouts recipe from the e-mail ;)b

Like mine steamed and tossed w/ olive oil & lemon juice. pepper
But...this cheese sauce would sure out do that!

My favorite - so far, having never tried this queso-less sauce - is to roast them in olive oil, himalayian salt, garlic and onion powder until they are slightly burned... and if my hubby does 'em for me, he makes sure to peel off a bunch of little leaves so they get nice and crunchy.... YUM!

i've tried several of the block vegan cheeses and, of course, tofutti cream cheese... but vegan queso?  i'd looove to try this!

i've only eaten brussel sprouts once, and that was in a holiday pot pie type of dish.  if i won this queso, i just might have to try brussel sprouts a different way!  :)

I love brussel sprouts just about any way they can be eaten but my favorite is to roast them in the oven with a little olive oil and a sprinkling of crushed red pepper!!! I bet they would be amazing cooked like that and then topped with some of this great queso!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like I should try brussel sprouts. I eat a lot of veggies now that I wouldn't touch before I went veg. The queso sounds yummy!

Hmm.. after everyone's talk about how great brussel sprouts are, I think I'll have to give them a try! I don't think I've had them before.. if I have, I was too young to remember. They are now on my list of new things to try out!
