Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, but is also the least varying. Every morning I have sprouted-grain toast spread with a nut/seed butter (I rotate between pumpkin seed butter, almond butter, and sunflower seed butter).
I usually have a soy kefir smoothie with mixed berries and bananas. Mmmmmm!
I like oatmeal with banana, raisins, flax, pb and a little cinnamon sprinkled on top!!
Every morning, I eat a bowl of oatmeal with agave nectar and peanut butter mixed into it-- or sometimes almond butter. It's a habit I acquired from my boyfriend.

Crockpot Overnight Steel cut oatmeal with apples and cinnamon is something we LOVE!
I LOVE Bob's Red Mill Organic Steel Cut Oats with a little agave and some blueberries! YUM!

Mmm, cream of wheat with my favourite rich and creamy soy milk. Maybe some chopped banana or berries, but I'm happy with it as is.
If I don't want a sweet breakfast, I love a crispy corntortilla with refritos, vegan cheese/cheese sauce, salsa. If I don't mind a wee bit of work, I also have spicy scrambled tofu on there and guacamole. Yum.
Whole-wheat toast with almond butter or peanut butter and a banana... Larabar in a rush.

My favorite has got to be pancakes with pb, bananas, and maple syrup.
As newbie vegans and crunched-for-time teachers, my husband usually have FiberOne or Kashi cereal, light vanilla soy milk and fruit (raspberries are this week's feature) before we hit up the gym at 5am! When we're home on the weekends, I've been trying new stuff such as tofu scrambles, whole-wheat pancakes and baked oatmeal. I make a kick-booty baked oatmeal. My next adventure will be making Pumpkin Cranberry Walnut Baked Oatmeal (my creation) for the fall.
