What goes better with kale than hemp? At least in many people's minds. Most people think vegans are entirely made of kale, nuts, and hemp. Surprise: We also enjoy twigs! I joke, vegans actually love to eat everything, and that includes hemp. Other than a few times raw in a salad, I steam the kale with onion, pepper, cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots and then put my home made vinaigrette (apple cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, Realemon, orange juice, and spicy brown mustard) on it and it's so delicious. I just bought some kale so I think I'll have that today......Gary

Or very lightly/quickly sauteed with some garlic.
:D I love to make a salad of wilted Kale & spinach, grapes,olives, nuts & seeds of various kinds, & an egg over easy on top. I love this with a chipolte ranch dressing or a sweet poppy seed dressing. The warmth of the wilted greens & the egg make it a nice salad to have when I feel chilly from the cold weather. I often add some farrow too. Very YUMMY!! ;)b I hope you try it & enjoy it.

I love kale any way I can get it, but I think my most favorite way is in a green & sweet fruit smoothie (I drink two just about every day!)
