As un-American as it sounds, I don't really like pumpkin pie all that much! :-\ My favorite for Thanksgiving is homemade apple with vanilla bean ice cream, yum yum yum!
My favorite Thanksgiving dessert is pumpkin pie.
I haven't really had it much since going vegan because all the recipes I have tried before haven't been all that good. I bought a frozen vegan pumpkin pie last year and it was the best one so far. Now that I am on VegWeb, I will try some recipes here to find an awesome pumpkin pie for this year's dinner. I plan on trying the Ultimate Pumpkin Cheesecake since the reviews said it tasted a lot like pumpkin pie.
I'm boring, but pumpkin pie is my favorite Thanksgiving dessert! This year I'm going to try my hand at pumpkin cheesecake instead!
My favorite Thanksgiving dessert is pecan pie!
I haven't had pecan pie since going vegan but i used to love it!
I haven't had it in years, but I loved cherry cheese pie....
i like pumpkin pie, but last year i made cranberry "cheese"cake bars (using cashew cream) that i think kick pumpkin pie's butt (crust?). my new fave.
Cranberry sauce for sure. My aunt makes it the best!
But I did test out a vegan pumpkin pie recipe yesterday, and it is soooo good. Better than omni pumpkin pie, in my opinion, but maybe it's just because I made it myself.
I have two Pumpkin and Pecan Pies. This year I'm finally getting Pecan Pie back thanks to VPITS.
