when i used to drink, i loved pretty much any sort of martini.  especially pretty pink ones.  :)

but now i don't drink.  i've been getting these drinks called "dry soda" which are made in seattle
and are a, well, dry tasting soda which are meant to be a non alcoholic version of champagne.

the other day i mixed a bottle of the vanilla bean dry soda with some orange juice.  tasted quite like a mimosa, which is super  :)>>>!!!

also, iced mint tea is always good (hanashi gave me the idea the other day, i think, and i loooove it!).

anything cold and minty is good on hot days.  :)

herbal sun tea with filtered-water ice (2 spearmint: 1 peppermint)

eta:  I usually drink liquid chlorophyll with mint (I like the Bernard Jensen brand) because it's like tea only it doesn't take any effort.

I don't like alcohol when it's hot hot hot outside.

I don't drink alcohol very often.  My favorite summertime drink (or anytime, really) is lemonade.

My favourite is a japanese slipper:

1 part Lemon Juice
1 part Midori
1 part Cointreau

Shake with ice then strain - it's so cool and icy and the citrus/melon taste is heavenly :)

Frozen Margaritas made in the Vitamix (using real lemon and lime, not the mix)....lots of salt on the rim!  :)>>>

Wine wine wine wine wine.  That's pretty much the only alcohol I've drunk at all recently.

But that's not a cocktail, so I guess I'd say, anything with coconut rum.  Coconut rum and coke, pina coladas, coconut rum in orange juice........

Mash a little fresh mint leaf and zest one lime put that in the bottom of your glass cover with ice...then mix separately about 1 ounce lime juice, 3/4 ounce orange juice, 3 ounces of mint green tea, and 1-2 ounces of tequila(I prefer silver!) add that to your glass, garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime or orange slice. ;)b
