My favorite packed lunch is a sushi roll made with brown rice and filled with avocado and peanuts and some sort of side dish and dessert.
Dinner leftovers plus cookies is my perfect next day lunch.

My favorite packed lunch has to be a sandwich with hummus and lots of fresh veggies on it with a small cup of soup, and a cookie for dessert. :)
Greek salad (sans feta of course) or rawcos on romaine loaded with Ani's raw taco nut meat, guacamole, tomatoes and hot peppers!

Leftovers from the night before! I always double what I plan to make, so we both have leftovers for lunch.
Love leftovers or making a taco salad with greens, tomatoes, some avocado and cilantro. salsa as a dressing and a few blue tortilla chips on the side to crush in before eating. Yum :)
