I bought the babycakes cookbook the other day and almost every single recipe calls for coconut oil. Tonight, I am going to make a recipe called healthy hostess with my friend. Can't waittttt!

I would pull out my old popcorn popper that stirs the popcorn in oil to pop it.  That is the way theaters made it before coconut oil was concidered "bad" and they went to air popping.  It is SO good.

We use it in our sweet cooking/baking and when we try Indian dishes, and instead of *ugh* Crisco, now we grease our bread pans with coconut oil.
