I love a pb sandwich with crunchy peanut butter, raspberry jam, tofutti cream cheese, crisped on both sides on the stove top so the pb, jam, and tofutti get all melty...yum :)
I really like almond butter with orange marmalade on any bread that doesn't have high fructose corn syrup in it!
PB with apricot jam or orange marmalade , mashed banana, cooked grilled cheese style.

I experiment way too much with nut/seed butters! I adore almond butter and homemade date spread (which is just pureed soaked dates and vanilla), but hazelnut butter and melted dark chocolate is a close second.
My favorite nut butter and jelly sandwich is on Alvarado St Bakery bread with organic peanut butter and strawberry jelly. Sounds like I need to update my peanut butter and jelly culinary repertoire! So I hope I win :-) Anyway, I've been wanting to try the Justin's hazelnut and chocolate butter since I heard about it's debut from VegNews, but so far I haven't found it for sale anywhere I've looked (I live in San Francisco). Gotta get my hands on some of this stuff :-)

Well, I do enjoy plain ole' chunky PB and strawberry or homemade raspberry jam. I want to try Earth Balance PB and I really want to try almond butter with blueberry or apricot.....the possibilities are endless with PB&J!
My favorite is natural peanut butter and homemade plum jam on wheat bread!
Lately I'm obsessed with crunchy almond butter with flax seeds, topped with super-fruit preserves/fruit-sweetened. Try it on toasted sprouted bread, yum!

OMG!! Peanut Butter with Tofutti cream cheese and sliced strawberries is just amazing. I also really like peanut butter with mashed bananas, cinnamon and pumpkin puree spread.
