Weekly Giveaway: chocolate from Antidote! tictactone is the winner!

The whole newsletter is about eating healthy fall food but you know what? I miss my chocolate! I feel like such a cliché of a woman but chocolate is so freaking good, I don't care. This week, we've got three highly delicious chocolate bars from Antidote (http://www.antidotechoco.com). Antidote creates chocolate combinations with roasted and raw cocoa for a great taste profile and maximum natural nutrients. Better yet, they buy their beans from Rainforest Alliance Certified farms in Ecuador, so it's good for your taste buds and your conscience. I'll take it!

For your chance to win three bars, let me know what your favorite healthy meal is.

Giveaway ends on Tuesday, November 9th at midnight, PST! Winner will be chosen at random, must live in USA to win!

Good luck!

My latest favorite is roasted veges (artichoke hearts, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes) over a rice and lentil pilaf.

I love a simple salad with sunflower seed, vegan parma, whatever dressing I feel like having, and lots of onions! I eat this at least once a week. I'd eat it everyday if my breath didn't smell so bad afterwards :P

A broad question that is pretty hard to answer because there are so many really yummy things that would work, but I make this several times a month (including tonight, which is why it is on my mind) and always want more!
