I know it's boring, but my favorite way to eat berries is raw. Preferably straight from the plant. Strawberries eaten the day they were picked straight from the vine are the best. I miss my strawberry plants.

Other than raw, I must say over cheeszecake, esp lemon cheezcake. Sigh.
Direct from the plant, still warm from the sun (which never shines anymore here in VT)!
I've always liked my fruits best when they're grilled to perfection :) My favorites would have to be bananas and pineapples!
I love berries in my oatmeal. I start every day with a cup of oatmeal, mixed with berries and ground flax seed. Yum!

blueberry, acai, blackberry, black cherry + a banana and coconut milk is super delicious! and its almost black in color.. yum! :)

I like fresh berries on my breakfast cereal with icy cold soy milk. And sliced strawberries on top of vegan pancakes with maple syrup is yummy.
red raspberries and/or blueberries with a couple tablespoons of plain soy yogourt and a few drops of agave syrup.
I like blueberries in my oatmeal, blueberries and acai berries in a smoothie, and strawberries with Soy Whip =)

If the birds don't gobble them all up, there is nothing like a homemade blackberry cobbler. My other fave has to be homemade strawberry jam...

I love berries straight from the vine, but since that's not possible for me, I also enjoy them on top of my cereal, in smoothies, and on top of a scoop of soy ice cream. :)
