I don't know about you but my skin is looking pretty palid these days. The dry winter air combined with lack of sun makes me look like an extra in the Thriller video. Solutions? Water, water, water and a good night's sleep are my best friend...but as a college student that's not always possible. :(
I use a lot of moisturizer in the winter to prevent my skin from getting too angry.
I live in Florida (lol.) and wake up an hour earlier than needed to have time for early morning dance parties to wake me up.
Oranges, peppermint tea, and a good workout. A good night sleep doesn't hurt either. ;D
