Well, she's at it again. Vegan goddess, Isa Chandra Moskowitz, has written a book that makes healthy eating sexy and delicious. I'm impressed. I mean, we all knew she could do it for cupcakes and cookies, but Brussel sprouts? She's gone above and beyond. Appetite for Reduction (http://www.theppk.com/books/appetite-for-reduction/) is the perfect cookbook. It makes healthy food delicious and brings perspective to the phrase, "diet food". No more chemicals and fake foods, these are whole foods that make you feel a whole lot better. I'm also excited to see a book about nutritious eating that isn't just about weight loss, but rather about becoming a healthier you. Pretty freaking cool.

Chana masala (recipe from VW). Loooove this dish, all year long, any time, any place. So good.
Yumm. A big bowl of super spicy chili made with lots of fresh peppers....almost too spicy to eat. That warms me up all day!
Sweet potatoes. Cooked until they are super sweet and melt in your mouth delicious.
My favorite winter vegan dish is vegan "meat" loaf with mashed cauliflower.
