url issues

when I have a url starting http://vegweb.com/etc. it doesn't work
If I add www. to it after the http://
I'm not sure if that's just me or other people, if it's a problem with vegweb etc.
so any feedback would be great:).
Oh an of course automatically it goes to the non www. one.

and as soon as this posts no more problems, sod's law, still feedback would still be great:).
