Superstar VegWebber of the Week: zfanatique!

This week's Superstar VegWebber of the week (and the last one of 2010!) is the marvelous zfanatique(http://vegweb.com/index.php?action=profile;u=107535)! A fabulous recipe creator, she's added SO much to the VegWeb recipe profile that I just don't know where we'd be without her! Not to mention her latest greatness but I have to because hello: Best Ever Vegan Chocolate Cake (!!!) (http://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=36293). I mean, if that recipe alone doesn't make someone a Superstar VegWebber, I don't want to live in a world with Superstar VegWebbers! Did that make sense? Well, excellent chocolate cake recipes make me a little nuts.

VegWebber since? June, 2009

Vegetarian, Vegan or ? I am a part-time vegan and full-time vegetarian. I've been eating & living this way since 2004, though I have had my moments of deviating into flexitarianism. I am now a full fledged and very satisfied vegetarian that loves vegan foods.

Where do you call home? Fort Lauderdale, FL

What do you do when you're not on VegWeb? Well, I work. When I'm not working, I keep an organic garden. I also love watching movies, sipping wine, and chilling (smile).

Do you have blog or website? Yes, I have a food blog called The Witchy Kitchen.

Do you tweet? No, I don't 'get' tweeting. People seem to like it though. Maybe I should try it...

One unique thing should know about you? I'm a witch (smile)!

What’s the best thing about being vegan? (if you are!) Tell you later;-)

Favorite romantic recipe on VegWeb? Easy Vegan Chocolate Cake-chocolate is always romantic.

Favorite recipe on VegWeb to make for non-vegans to show them how amazing vegan food can be? Satan's Best Ever Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies. They are really good, and they prove that butter and eggs are not needed to make an awesome cookie.

Favorite holiday recipe on VegWeb? Hmm, I don't think I've ever tried a holiday oriented recipe from VegWeb. Well, my chocolate anise cookies are posted to VegWeb, which are a sort of Italian holiday treat.

One thing you wish you could make vegan but haven’t succeeded at yet? Ugh, chocolate souffle for sure!

#1 Cooking secret/tip? Cook local and organic food as much as you can. Even poorly executed/cooked food is healthy and tasty if the starting products are wonderful.

Best music to cook by? Reggae

Three people you'd most like to have dinner with? Joe Pesci, Paul Rudd, or just my Mom-she's the best person that ever existed.

All time favorite restaurant? Floataway Cafe (Atlanta, Ga)

French fries or ice cream? French Fries

Soy milk, rice milk, almond milk? Almond Milk

Tofu, tempeh, or seitan? Tofu

Congrats!

Wow! Thanks for all your sweet words and support, Webmistress Laura. I actually loved filling out the questionnaire-it made me think about things I don't usually ponder in reference to myself (smile).
