What do you do when you're not on VegWeb? I love to create and try new recipes, being in the kitchen cooking and baking. Making vegan sweets is my specialty and favorite part of my day. Meditation, Reiki, music, jogging, reading , and getting tattooed to express myself since my body is a canvas to decorate.
Do you have blog or website? Currently I don't have a blog or website but am starting a blog soon.

One unique thing should know about you? Let's see… deep down I would really like to be a Geiko (Geisha) in Japan.
What's the best thing about being vegan? (if you are!) The best thing about being vegan is that I know my lifestyle is making a difference for the animals, earth, and people. Even though others may not agree that being a vegan really makes a difference. Another great thing is our food. I'm sorry but vegan food blows non vegan food out of the water. It's so much better tasting and healthier. Even my hubby and mother in law prefer my vegan food over their non vegan food.

Favorite recipe on VegWeb to make for non-vegans to show them how amazing vegan food can be? Recipes for Mexican Food. The desserts on here but I can't just pick one because many of them have been a hit with non vegan guest.

Favorite VegWeb recipe for summer? Finger Lickin BBQ Ribs by Adel, Chrisoula & Maxwell. These babies are the bomb!!
One thing you wish you could make vegan but haven't succeeded at yet ?Currently working on a white chocolate sauce for using in desserts, espressos, hot chocolate and so on. I'll post the recipe when I get it worked out. White chocolate anything is hard to find or what is available doesn't taste good.
#1 Cooking secret/tip? My favorite trick is to saute foods without oil or butter using water or vegetable broth instead and it works well. It gives the vegetables a fresher taste.
Best music to cook by? Usually Classical or New Age Music but if I wanted more fast pace then Techno or Electronic.

All time favorite restaurant? It's a tie between Sluggo’s Vegetarian Restaurant in Pensacola , Florida or Ethos Vegan Kitchen in Orlando, Florida
French fries or ice cream? Ice Cream all the way!!

Tofu, tempeh, or seitan? Tempeh
