Favorite recipe for St. Patrick's Day? I love Colcannon...I haven't posted my own recipe yet-must do that. Food for St.Patrick's Day is warm and comforting so I pretty much love it all!

#1 Cooking secret/tip? Cooking and baking are like art...you need to be daring and experiment you never know what might turn out to be a masterpiece.
