This week's Superstar VegWebber is a double whammy: sketch-freeveganeating (http://vegweb.com/index.php?action=profile;u=152555)! We're getting two for the price of one from the culinary geniuses over at sketch-free vegan eating! Jennifer and Jaclyn, twin sisters, run a very cute blog and are kind enough to share lots of their recipes with us! Check it out: http://vegweb.com/index.php?action=profile;u=152555;sa=showRecipes. Yum! Though not super active in the forums (yet!), these two are superstars for their culinary creativity and moutherwatering photos. Keep it coming, ladies!

Vegetarian, Vegan or ?
Mostly Vegan, we've been known to eat a few free range eggs...and ice cream during weak moments  We believe that as long as you're simply able to get a hold of good quality, organically raised/grown food, that is the best diet.

Where do you call home?
Guelph, Ontario Canada

What do you do when you're not on VegWeb?
We both go to school, studying stage production and theatre. We are also in the midst of writing an original musical in hopes of submitting it to a few festivals within Ontario. We love to dance. And of course, we food blog our little hearts out!

Do you have blog or website?
Yes! http://www.sketch-freeveganeating.blogspot.com

Do you tweet?
Yes you can follow us @: sketchfreevegan

One unique thing we should know about you?
We are identical twins meaning we share the same DNA, freaked out yet?

What’s the best thing about being vegan? (if you are!)
The best thing about being vegan is when you first start out you are opened up to to a whole new world of strange foods that you've never heard of before like nutritional yeast, almond milk, dulse flakes, tempeh. We probably would have never tried these mineral dense foods if it wasn't for our switch to veganism.

Favorite romantic recipe on VegWeb?
Anything with chocolate! A dessert of course, we made Fudge Balls before and they were so easy and so delicious!

Favorite recipe on VegWeb to make for non-vegans to show them how amazing vegan food can be?
Happy Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies! These cookies are amazing we've made them dozens of times and they always turn out perfectly! And non-vegans are always impressed when they find out they are in fact vegan.

Favorite holiday recipe on VegWeb?
We've never been vegan during the holidays yet but there's a recipe for a Lentil Vegan Meatloaf we've been meaning to try.

One thing you wish you could make vegan but haven’t succeeded at yet?
We really wish we could make a really good vegan ice cream, I know it's suppose to be easy, but every time we've made it before with coconut milk it turns out too dense. I think the trick is to find a really good gelling agent. Or maybe we just have really high ice cream standards...

#1 Cooking secret/tip?
To trust yourself in the kitchen and just improvise! We've created so many recipes by just throwing ingredients together and ended up with an original creation!

Best music to cook by?
Musical Theatre tunes! Naturally...Jenn and I have been known to break out into song and dance whilst making a flax egg or two

Three people you'd most like to have dinner with?
Bob Fosse, Stephen Sondheim and Daniel Vitalis (two of the most brilliant men to ever grace broadway, and our favourite health guru.)

All time favorite restaurant?
"Fresh" in Toronto, an organic juice bar and restaurant all in one, the atmosphere is so vibrant and everything really does taste especially "fresh." The prices are also very reasonable, it comes to around 8$ for a bountiful salad. And they offer gluten-free options, their flour-less cashew cookies are amazing!

French fries or ice cream?
Ice cream, we are sweet tooth fiends!

Soy milk, rice milk, almond milk?
Almond milk, when we don't have time to make our own almond milk, the store-bought version is usually the least processed and has the least amount of "sketchy" ingredients

Tofu, tempeh, or seitan?
Tempeh all the way! Tempeh is fermented, so it is the easiest meat alternative to digest. And it makes a mean vegan bacon

Congrats!
