A creative darling on the site, her projects have earned her rightful praise within the community. In fact, Humboldt_Honey mentioned some of her fabulous shoe designs and I'd love to see more! Creative inspiration is in no short supply on VegWeb but it's awesome when someone really shines, with awesome new ideas. Where do you call home? My cozy upper level apartment in Calabasas, CA

What do you do when you're not on VegWeb? I make art, crochet, hang out with friends, go to school, listen to music, sometimes I work (haha),  photography, enjoy the small stuff.

Do you have blog or website? Nope. Just this, facebook, and Ravelry.

Do you tweet? Nope.

One unique thing should know about you? Hmm...usually on questions like this I say that I'm vegan. But since you already know that, I'll say that I have had heart and back surgery. And both have largeish titanium implants in them, so airports are no quick process for me.

What’s the best thing about being vegan? (if you are!) Knowing that I'm doing my best to not contribute to cruelty of animals and also bettering myself.

Favorite romantic recipe on VegWeb? Shoot I don't know. I never really think of recipes as romantic..probably sushi with avocado and lots of ginger (and sake) or stuffed zucchini.

Favorite recipe on VegWeb to make for non-vegans to show them how amazing vegan food can be? Cupcakes, mac n cheez, pizza, brownies. I'm hungry!

One thing you wish you could make vegan but haven’t succeeded at yet? Marshmallows that don't come from a kit. Also, angel food cake.

#1 Cooking secret/tip? Don't measure stuff (unless baking), just taste as you go and follow your stomach!

Best music to cook by? Radiohead.

Three people you'd most like to have dinner with? Anyone who is open to vegan food and has a mildy decent sense of humor or charm

All time favorite restaurant? I really honestly never eat out. I've been to maybe two vegan restaurants in my 6 years of veganness. But I will have to say Real Food Daily in LA.

French fries or ice cream? ice cream all da way. Potatoes make me feel funky sometimes.

Soy milk, rice milk, almond milk? vanilla almond milk.

Tofu, tempeh, or seitan? Tofuuuu with tempeh a close second. Seitan isn't even close.
