Superstar VegWebber of the week: little2ant!
little2ant is definitely one of the most supportive, adorable and fabulous members of the VegWeb community. I don't think I've ever seen this woman make a negative comment in anyone's direction and is always there to add something positive to the conversation! Also, her answer to, "Do you tweet?" is by far the best I've ever seen. And no, l2a, nobody has used that before, you are truly original! VegWebber since? 2004. I signed up the same day I found it, while looking for a vegan pumpkin pie recipe.

Where do you call home? Near Asheville, North Carolina, but I've lived in Florida and Ohio as well.
What do you do when you're not on VegWeb? Make vegweb recipes, of course! Oh, and I teach art classes to kids, and hang out with my sons, ages 8 and 1.

Do you tweet? Usually after eating too many beans. Did someone else use that already?
One unique thing should know about you? I dream vividly almost every night about random people from my childhood (and vegwebbers!). Sometimes my dreams actually come true. I would love to be able to somehow make this useful, but haven't gotten that far yet.
What’s the best thing about being vegan? (if you are!) I love just being able to rinse of my cutting board and not having to worry about meat grossness being on it. And apparently, it has made me appear younger and cuter than my high school peers, as seen in my recent 20 year HS reunion photos on FB!
Favorite romantic recipe on VegWeb? Not sure about romance, but my dh and I get pretty horny when we make Chef Lindsay's dessert recipes!

Favorite recipe on VegWeb to make for non-vegans to show them how amazing vegan food can be? Cheesy Lasagne....Everyone I have served this to LOVES it, except my dad, but he doesn't count because he only likes food with a face.
Favorite Holiday VegWeb recipe? We make a really great pot pie for every holiday meal and I got ideas from VW, but its not an actualy VW recipe. I just might submit it someday!
Best/Funniest/Most delicious/Most disasterous experience you've had making a recipe on VegWeb? The other day I was making Sharway's Smokey Quesadillas (my current fave!), and I forgot my tortilla was toasting because I was being very ADD, and it turned black and smelled up the whole house. What a waste of that wonderful smokey "queso"! I scraped up what I could, but it wasn't much.
One thing you wish you could make vegan but haven’t succeeded at yet?
My own sliceable cheese. I've tried and they have been disgusting. I'll stick with sauces for now.
#1 Cooking secret/tip? Offer to cook and have your partner/friend clean up!
Best music to cook by? I love the Utah Greene Genome on Pandora Radio. She is from Asheville.
Three people you'd most like to have dinner with? If it were just limited to vegwebbers, it would be secondbase, humboldt honey, and Lubimiller. Maybe my 3 dead Grandmothers (except they would be alive). I would love to hear their reactions to my veganism.
All time favorite restaurant? Sublime in Fort Lauderdale. Locally, Rosetta's Kitchen in Asheville.
French fries or ice cream? Fries drenched in vegan queso.
Soy milk, rice milk, almond milk? I like them all, and I like to mix them.
Tempeh, tofu or seitan?
Tempeh is best when deep fried and beer battered. Tofu is the most versatile and easy, and I just don't make seitan very much...but I do like them all. Tofu. Yes, Tofu.
