Vegetarian, Vegan or ? I am a vegan since sept 7th 2010, previous pescatarian since november of 2003.

Where do you call home? I live in central washington state, but the earth is my home.

What do you do when you're not on VegWeb? when i am not on vegweb... i pretend to work? haha. I do a lot of cooking, listening to vinyl, playing guitar and teaching my 3 1/2 y/o girl River music.

Do you have blog or website? I don't have the attention span to keep up with a blog or website.

Do you tweet? the only thing that tweets is my phone when i get a text message

What’s the best thing about being vegan? (if you are!) Even though i am still really new into it, i have really physically felt better, more energy, more alive. My friends have also been so amazing (they think me going vegan is going to be temporary  2Funny ) they are checking all kinds of labels for me, and are being way more supportive than with the pescatarianism, i haven't heard a mean comment yet.

Favorite romantic recipe on VegWeb? Being a happy single mother I really don't try for romance... and have been cooking a whole lot of beans lately... so maybe a musical romance?

Favorite recipe on VegWeb to make for non-vegans to show them how amazing vegan food can be? I really like making the kale chips, they really shock people.. so yummy!

What's your favorite fall recipe? a crock pot chilli is just perfect for the fall and my budget Smiley

One thing you wish you could make vegan but haven’t succeeded at yet? I haven't been vegan long enough to really  know my actual limitations, but hopefully there will be nothing!

#1 Cooking secret/tip? the key to cooking is experimentation, and cook with a friend as often as possible. It is fun to teach someone how to cook, and you can get new ideas for combinations from a fresh brain. food is a social thing anyway right?

Three people you'd most like to have dinner with? Timothy leary - Anthony Boudain - Jim Jones (i know it seems like a bad combination... but i have reasons and i wouldn't drink the kool-aid!)

All time favorite restaurant? Nothing vegan around here... so still on the search

French fries or ice cream? Is beer battered zuchinni legal?

Soy milk, rice milk, almond milk? Homemade almond milk

Tofu, tempeh, or seitan? tofu! cold off the cutting board... mmmmmmm there is always a bit that never makes it into the dish.
