Vegetarian, Vegan or ?? Vegan ~^_^~

Where do you call home? Berea, KY--- although I'm hoping that will change soon 

What do you do when you're not on VegWeb? When I'm not on WegWeb I am searching for an internet connection so I can get on VegWeb, lol.  Seriously though? I make jewelry, play with my kitties, take walks, and work weekends for an eccentric Thai woman and her spy loving sidekick ED at a local Thai restaurant.

Do you have blog or website? No, not yet.

Do you tweet? No.  I think it has a silly name though.

One unique thing should know about you? I have an extra tendon in my right palm.  It pops up a little and I can control it's movement via my index finger.  I call him Bubba.  He can do " the wave".

What’s the best thing about being vegan? (if you are!) My favorite part about being a vegan is the peace of spirit I have in knowing that I am actively taking a step to end violence and suffering

Favorite romantic recipe on VegWeb? Chocolate Chai cupcakes!! OMG so good.

Favorite recipe on VegWeb to make for non-vegans to show them how amazing vegan food can be?

I make the Nutritional Yeast Cheese Dip/Sauce and add about 1/2 a can of vegan chili.  They never know it's vegan!

Favorite Thanksgiving VegWeb recipe? Gluten roast. SO worth the 3 hour baking time.

One thing you wish you could make vegan but haven’t succeeded at yet?the Ravioli di Portobello from Olive Garden. I am working on it though...

#1 Cooking secret/tip? Don't let your no-bake cookies cool on the counter unsupervised. They will be licked by the smallest kitten.

Best music to cook by? NightWish, Lacuna Coil, Within Temptation

Three people you'd most like to have dinner with? Alanis Morissette, AllyChristine, and Lil'AC (cause AC makes killer desserts and we could go get tattooed together afterwards) ~^_^~

All time favorite restaurant? Koto- a new Japanese Bistro that opened in a nearby town.

French fries or ice cream? TEMPT hempmilk chocolate ice cream.

Soy milk, rice milk, almond milk? To cook with: Rice Milk, To drink: Vanilla Almond Milk
