Vegetarian, Vegan or ? I am vegan but currently eat a large percentage of raw foods.

Favorite recipe on VegWeb to make for non-vegans to show them how amazing vegan food can be? I am really big on a simple raw garlic kale, I have not even looked for a recipe here since its very basic and in my head.

One thing you wish you could make vegan but haven’t succeeded at yet? I made seaweed scones once and never again. I really like them but breads and pastries are not my forte'.

Three people you'd most like to have dinner with? I dont know their names but they have less than I do and feeding them a honest meal would be my pleasure.

All time favorite restaurant? Home cookin is where its at, but I have had many good experiences at Franchia in Manhattan, the ginger tea makes me melt.

French fries or ice cream? Mango vanilla soy cream from Trader Joe's.

Soy milk, rice milk, almond milk? Rice or almond I am not picky.

Tofu, tempeh, or seitan? Definitely tempeh
