Also, Courth, I have a fabulous recipe for pizza rolls, it just involves some trader joe's pizza dough (pre-made in the fridge section!) (or use one of the easy recipes from VegWeb!), pizza or spaghetti sauce, vegan cheese, vegan sausages (field roast or tofurky), and an oven! Just pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees, roll out the pizza dough, cut it into strips, cut the strips in half (lengthwise), put some sauce, cheese & sausage in each half-strip, roll up like a crossaint and bake for 20 minutes! Delicious! Now, I guess I should add a better version of that to VegWeb :)

Vegetarian, Vegan or ?? Yes. I'm a vegetarian, but everything I make for myself is vegan, and I eat vegan whenever I can.

Where do you call home? I live in a suburb of Atlanta, about 20 miles from the city.

What do you do when you're not on VegWeb? Nothing. Kidding (sort of). When I'm not online, some of my activities include studying, reading, cooking, doing something for marching band, playing with my animals, playing my flute, crafting, and plotting the vegan takeover.

Do you have blog or website? I started one, but I've not updated it since its inception in 2007.

Do you tweet? Yes I do.

One unique thing should know about you? It's my personal goal to make sure that the internet is punctuated at a minimum of a 5th grade level. I'm fighting a losing battle, though. On a related note, I'm a huge fan of the Oxford comma.

What’s the best thing about being vegan? (if you are!) The quality and frequency of my bowel movements. (Everyone else already mentioned the no-salmonella thing!)

Favorite romantic recipe on VegWeb? I feel that any recipe can be romantic if it's made with the right intentions. 

Favorite recipe on VegWeb to make for non-vegans to show them how amazing vegan food can be? When I first told my friends that I was going to start cooking vegan food, they were a little freaked out at the concept. Now they like pretty much anything I make from VW. One thing you wish you could make vegan but haven’t succeeded at yet? Pizza Rolls. It was supposed to be my summer project, but I never got around to it. 

#1 Cooking secret/tip? I like to have everything set out before I start cooking. It helps me remember everything, especially when I'm baking.

Best music to cook by? Either Metallica or the Spice Girls. It's a toss up. Usually I just put my iPod on shuffle, and set about my kitchen shuffle.

Three people you'd most like to have dinner with? My paternal grandfather who died when I was four (I get the impression he would be awesome, and I barely remember him anymore), Idina Menzel, and Alton Brown.

All time favorite restaurant? Probably Sweet Tomatoes because of all their salad toppings. I'm not big on eating out, but when I do it's either ST, somewhere Mexican, or somewhere Italian.

French fries or ice cream? I love both, but I'll usually say fries.

Soy milk, rice milk, almond milk? I like soy milk for drinking, but I've always had better cooking results with rice milk.

Tempeh, tofu or seitan? Tempeh all the way, baby!
