VegWebber since? April 2009

Vegetarian, Vegan or ? Vegan

Where do you call home? Mission Viejo, CA in the "OC"

What do you do when you're not on VegWeb? Play with my chihuahuas, cook, hangout at the pool, work, and go to school at CSUF (only 1 semester to go!).

Do you have blog or website? Nope, not that advanced in my computer skills yet unfortunately.

Do you tweet? Never have never will.

One unique thing should know about you? I am a chap stick addict.

What’s the best thing about being vegan? I feel so much healthier!

Favorite romantic recipe on VegWeb? I haven't tried any romantic recipes yet but I'm sure it would be something sweet.

Favorite recipes on VegWeb to make for non-vegans to show them how amazing vegan food can be? Taco Lasagna and Cream Cheese Wontons.

Favorite Holiday VegWeb recipes? This is Vegan??!?! Taco Dip and Amazing Pecan Pie

Best/Funniest/Most delicious/Most disastrous experience you've had making a recipe on VegWeb? Best and most delicious: General Tao's Tofu. Most disastrous: Coconut Macaroons.

One thing you wish you could make vegan but haven’t succeeded at yet? Nothing. Though I wish I could find some good vegan sliced and shredded cheese.

#1 Cooking secret/tip? Creole seasoning tastes awesome on almost anything!

Best music to cook by? Big fan of hip hop but usually have the TV on when I am cooking.

Three people you'd most like to have dinner with? Jesus, Wentworth Miller (my celeb crush), and Lil Wayne (fave rapper).

All time favorite restaurant? Native Foods (many California locations) and Wheel of Life (Irvine, California) both are vegan.

French fries or ice cream? That's a hard one but I would have to go with french fries because I am obsessed with ketchup!

Soy milk, rice milk, almond milk? I love White Wave light soy milk, all flavors, but I want to give rice and almond milk a try they sound yummy.

Tempeh, tofu or seitan? I just started cooking with seitan and it is awesome! Tofu is still number 1 in my book because it soaks up flavor so well. I can't stand tempeh but I am probably not cooking it right.

Just one quick note...Amy, you have to try Daiya Cheese! It melts and stretches and is amazing! I think you can only get it from Pangea Vegan Store right now but it's worth it!!
