Hi. I am new to the site. I was looking up vegan/ vegetarian crock pot recipes and stumbled across this place. Kind of cool!
Looking through the slow cooker recipes, I did not find too many kid recipes. My children are vegetarians as well. However, they do not have a tolerance for any spice or too much flavour in their food. Does anyone have small children? And have you tried any recipes that worked wonders for them? (preferably slow cooker ones that harbour a lot of needed protein/ nutrients)
