Vegan Toiletry

Does anyone know where I can find a list of vegan toiletry, especially shaving creams, toothpastes, mouthwash, and deodorants? The ingredients on some of these items are greek to me!
Aubrey Organics is mostly vegan -- they have 3-4 products that are not. I believe their products are the most pure products on the market. I think Lamas, EcoBella & Aveda are also vegan. Bare Escentuals mineral powders are vegan (face powder, blush, eyeshadow), but not their lotions, lipsticks, etc. As for makeup brushes, Origins & EcoBella both offer them, although they are expensive!
My crystal deoderant is clearish and I moisten it slightly in the sink and swipe it a few times. In the summer I even go so far as to swipe it across my feet if I am wearing enclosed shoes. ;) (Probably more info than you needed.)
So, yeah, mine needs to be damp. If yours has instructions read it. Since I have had my stone for years I tossed those a long time ago but it said, moisten.
my favourite vegan toiletries are made by Lush (http://www.lush.com). Kinda pricey but the deoderant I got from them smells great and has lasted (in fact looks almost brand new) 4 months now and still kickin! as a sweat-smell deterent it lasts all day nicely :)
Thumbs up for crystal deodorants! They are fantastic. Effective and incredibly long-lasting. I apply mine after showering, before drying, while my underarms are still wet.
I buy the Life brand shampoo and conditioner because the bottle claims no animal ingredients or testing. I also get the Life brand vegetable glycerin soap. (These are available at Shopper's Drug Mart in Canada)
My local health food store has the Kiss My Shave shaving cream, but at seven dollars a tube, I just use soap or conditioner instead.
My health food store also has Tom's of Maine toothpaste, and my favourites are peppermint, spearmint, and cinnamon. It's six dollars for a 4 ounce tube here but a small amount of the toothpaste works up a really good lather, so the tube lasts a looong time.
For deodorant, I just bought a Thai deodorant stone. It was 13 dollars but apparently it will last over a year. So far it seems to work about as well as regular deodorant worked for me. I use the stone after I shower, when my skin is still damp. I rinse the stone off after I use it.
I haven't found a cruelty-free store-bought mouthwash but I know they're out there somewhere. In the meantime, I believe the book How It All Vegan has a recipe for a home-made mouthwash.
I'm still looking for cruelty-free moisturiser and lip balm...I may have to end up making my own somehow, or ordering some from online.
Some websites like www.veganessentials.com have catalogues of vegan hygeine and cosmetic products.
For menstruation, i've got a diva cup and luna pads.
