Tofu King from UK Chinese supermarket

Had to share:

I found cooked (fried) tofu in the refridgerated section of my local Chinese supermarket (a pack of five, say, 2 inch square).  Good texture (not too rubbery nor too soft).

So far I've eaten it straight on opening the pack, cubed it and added to Indian gobi aloo, and today used it as a sandwich filling.

Not bad but something I will defo try again - particularly as I've not had much success cooking/baking tofu from scratch.

I reckon it will be good to have in the fridge and may get me to eat more tofu.

Cost me about £1.50, more than buying fresh tofu but no cooking time necessarily required.
