Swiss cheese stand-in?

With St. Patrick's Day coming up, I really want to make reubens. Are there any good cheeses or spreads that could pass for good swiss?

You mean you don't know about the SSCS?!?  :o

(I sent her an Uncheese Cookbook recipe for swiss, although nothing in Uncheese really tastes like it should, so I probably wasn't helpful.)
