new vegan finds!

i'd like to start a thread of new things you happen across or discover that are vegan. i browse around in the grocery store quite a bit, reading labels, and sometimes find some pretty interesting and surprising vegan foods!
so anyway, one i found this weekend is....banana babies! they're from diana's bananas and the dark chocolate ones are vegan. they're just frozen bananas dipped in chocolate, but..mmmm. the chocolate is a tiny bit waxy, but all in all, i thought it was a pretty good find.
also, many of marie calendar's fruit pies are vegan as well, which is awesome for a yummy, fatty dessert when i don't feel like making one, haha...
anyone else been finding something cool and yummy?
cocoa butter has trans fat?
nah.. cocoa butter is roughly 60% saturated fat, and the rest is poly and monounsaturated fat.
i guess there is a small amount of naturally occurring trans fat in every food, but im not sure if she meant that cocoa butter has more? or something.
They also have a Roasted Veggie Wrap that's good too!
Trader Joe's premade snickerdoodle cookies. They're free of the 7 most common allergens, and vegan. They taste more like spice cookies to me, but yum.

WHAT. I need these.
found them today. i'm 99% certain they're the "enjoy life" snickerdoodles.

aaand i bought them anyway.
Bakon Vodka (bacon flavored vodka) is vegan. It's a vodka company out of seattle. I had (supra meatatarian) customers that wanted me to come have a drink of this with them told me it was fine for me to comsume. knowing their horrible bloody ways i opt'd to contact the company, and got a responce that it was indeed a vegan product. i would post the email but i got my account hacked and have no access right now, but if i gain access back i sure will post it.
Bakon bloody mary was awesome-weird-wtf!? unusual experience, but it was worth it specially since i didn't have to pay ;)b

I've had those before and they're good, nice and soft.
today i saw Almond & Cashew Mimicreme & whole grain rice milks. i also got to sample some Faux Gras, it was good but im sure you could make it yourself for way cheaper than $5 for a 8oz container, it's mainly lentils. it was similar to the walnut mushroom pate in vcon in flavor.
I tried a new product (to me) the other day called Coconut Aminos. It is similar to soy sauce but is made from raw coconut and sea salt. The taste is sweeter then soy sauce but is close enough to be used as a substitute.
more aldi's stuff! they have refrigerated canisters of pretzel dough that you just unroll, twist & bake. theres cinnamon/sugar & a salty ones. the cinnamon/sugar ones are pretty good, they come with the stuff to sprinkly on top and a white icing to drizzle on.
they also have some fancy dark chocolate bars: crystallized ginger, salted almond, raspberry & coconut, orange something or other. ive tried the almond & the ginger ones - theyre really good!
im pretty sure their refrigerated cinnamon rolls are vegan, too. they have some halloween ones that come with black icing, and ones with orange flavored icing.
eta - the aldi's raspberry coconut bars are actually milk chocolate - sorry..
i want halloween cinnamon rolls!
TJ Maxx has the Yummy Earth lollipops (30 count for great price), and amazing soy candles. They have some other vegan friendly snack things as well.

Mine is chock full of vegan stuff, Lara and other bars, gf crackers, agave nectar, Late July cookies and crackers, dark chocolate. And sprinkles w/o confectioner's glaze, which are kinda hard to find sometimes...

Yay! I'll have to look more next time. I did see the agave and maple syrup at pretty good prices. I saw chocolate bars, too!
i went to this sushi place and they had vegetarian stuffed duck. at first i was like "cool, now people are gonna think veg*ns eat duck" but i looked at the ingredients, and it's vegan!! i didn't get it because it was $13 and i'm broke but next time i have some money i wanna try it.
This might be old news, but . . . the Whole Foods Bakery has vegan, sugar-free (malitol-sweetened) cookies -- the two flavours I've tried are chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin. They're pretty big, and don't cost anymore than the normal cookies (99 cents each).
And did I mention they're DELICIOUS? I have eaten a total of six cookies over the past few days . . . But at least they're healthy cookies ;)
i just found out about sweat records. i've never heard of it before, but it's in miami and it's all vegan!!!
llg, have you ever been there?
I've always heard about speculoos spread, but didn't know biscoff was the same thing, and my friend told me about biscoff spread at the grocery store! It's interesting and good...a sweet and spiced cookie spread...
